  • Ensure company adherence to the prevailing labor laws and give advice for any impact to the company
  • Assist management in administration related matter regarding employee discipline or grievance procedure
  • Process labor disputes/grievances/code of conduct issues in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint investigation and act as a company liaison
  • Maintain and administer Employment Agreement, Company Policy, including socialization and follow up the process.
  • Maintain LKS Bipartite and other unions which related to the relationship between Company and Employee representative.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Law major or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 1 years experience as an Industrial Relations Officer
  • Thorough knowledge of Labor Law
  • Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation
  • Willing to work in a blue-collar startup environment
  • Willing to travel
