Description
  • Primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts.
  • Drives the marketing department’s commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.
  • Works closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.
  • Manages high quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms
  • Reaching as many consumers as possible by building scalable multi-touch programs and campaigns
  • Develop the paid media strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Research new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid social)
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.) 
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in key marketing position
  • Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display Advertising
  • Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
